2 Pay Stubs for Additional Parent or Legal Guardian
Tax Return
Tax Return for Additional Parent or Legal Guardian
Letter From Employer
Letter From Employer for Additional Parent or Legal Guardian
Current Class Schedule (Print schedule from institution registration information)
Proof of Enrollment (Letter/email that indicates enrollment dates)
Unofficial Transcript or Degree Audit (Print from online or contact your registrar office)
Proof of Legal Guardianship (Court documents indicating guardianship rights)
